What is an Online Project?
An online project is any outsourced task assigned to a virtual worker. Online projects are geographically independent. Project posters can take advantage of available skills anywhere around the globe.
What type of projects can I post?
Project posters are allowed to post any type of location-independent project that can be done from home and delivered online. Examples of Popular project types include web development, software development, back office outsourcing, writing, translation, design, multimedia and many others.
How will service providers apply to the posted project?
As a poster, you can determine how the provider applies for the project. It can be done through email or through your website application form. In the former, the provider will provide the details of his application through email. In the latter, the provider will be redirected to your website.
How do I pay the provider?
The provider is paid on a fixed-price or per hour basis, depending on the agreement. The actual payment is done outside the project board and could be done using various alternatives. A recommended method is PayPal.

Will my information as a project poster be published?
No. The "Project Poster Details" section is not seen by other users and is for recordkeeping purposes only.
Why isn't my project showing in the project board listings?
Projects are typically listed within 24 hours. We will post the project immediately after we received the payment from PayPal and have validated its content. , An email will be sent to you once the project is published.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card and PayPal payments are accepted. Transactions will be done using the PayPal infrastructure.
How will the charge look like on my credit card?
The charge will appear as "DoNanza" on your credit card. (What is DoNanza?)
How do I get a receipt?
You will be sent a receipt from PayPal immediately after completing the payment. If you need one from us, please feel free to ask for it. Make sure to include the complete details of the posted project.
How do I close, update or watch the statistics of my posted project?
In the confirmation email that was sent immediately after the project was posted, there is link to a management console page. Please click on the link.
I've filled my project early. Do I get a refund?
Congratulations! We're glad you found a provider early. You can use the management console (link in your email confirmation) to close the project. Regarding refunds, we don't provide refunds for projects already posted.
